Last updated: 14 June 2026.
Who this notice covers
Audit Ready Data provides data-cleaning, validation, reporting, and recurring data-operations services for business clients. The main contact route is adam@auditreadydata.com.
What data is processed
- Business contact details, company details, and enquiry messages.
- Client instructions, assessment notes, contracts, invoices, and records.
- Files and data supplied through an agreed secure transfer route.
- Run evidence, integrity records, retention evidence, and delivery metadata.
Why data is processed
- To respond to enquiries and assess whether a dataset is suitable.
- To provide agreed cleaning, validation, reporting, and delivery services.
- To manage contracts, billing, records, security, and support.
- To comply with legal, accounting, insurance, or dispute requirements.
Lawful bases
Depending on the context, processing may rely on contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested. For client-provided datasets, the client is normally responsible for confirming its lawful basis for sharing the data.
Protection and retention
The service uses operator-controlled workspaces, signed transfer links, private storage, scoped access, configurable masking, hashing or removal rules, integrity evidence, and agreed retention periods. Client dataset retention is agreed per project. Business records may be kept longer where required.
Sharing and subprocessors
Data may be shared with service providers where needed for secure transfer, storage, email, hosting, legal-signing pages, accounting, or IT operations. Audit Ready Data does not sell personal data. See the subprocessor notice for the current service categories.
Restricted data
Special-category, criminal-offence, children, health, payroll disciplinary, full payment-card, or similarly high-risk data is outside standard scope unless it is explicitly agreed in writing before transfer.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Email adam@auditreadydata.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
